Richmond Park

Richmond park is a massive park that borders Roehampton, Kingston, Wimbledon Common and Richmond. The park consists of numerous ponds and excellent wildlife, highlighted by an abundance of roaming deer. As a tourist there is really not much to see as a resident this park is excellent for taking the dog for a walk, cycling and is an excellent place for horse riding. The park is also great if you want a secluded park for a picnic. Suggestions: The park and surrounding area is excellent for exploring by bicycle. So cycle around the park for a day and finish the day off by diverting through Richmond and riding along the Thames all the way back to Kingston.
